RAAS is a luxury boutique hotel situated at the foot of Meherangarh Fort. The property has been designed by the Lotus Praxis Initiative, with Ambrish Arora (Lotus, New Delhi) & Rajiv Majumdar (Praxis, Bangalore).

The hotel’s design dialogues with the old and new – using local, traditional building techniques to meet requirements of the modern traveller. Hand-cut stone jalis lend the façade a dramatic touch while offering privacy and shelter to guests – and at will, these panels can be folded away to reveal panoramic views of the fort.
